Beautiful one bedroom, one bath condo, with queen size sleeper sofa.  Large balcony overlooking Boca Ciega Bay.  Beautiful tiled floors, with granite countertops in kitchen and bath.  Washer and dryer in the unit.  Less than 10 minutes to the beach with restaurants and shopping nearby.  Located on the third floor, close to the elevator.

Large swimming pool, hot tub, fishing dock, and exercise room.  Two TV's, one in the bedroom and one in living room.  Two tables and six chairs overlooking Boca Ciega Bay.

 

 

Activities and Attractions

Jet skiing rentals nearby.  Deep sea fishing and boat rentals.  Pinellas bike and walking trail only steps away.  Green Iguana Restaurant next door with live entertainment nightly.  Bush Gardens, Sea World, Disney World and Epcot less that two hours from resort.  Historical John's Pass Village, with great restaurants and sight seeing cruises daily.
